Buying a property in Eltham can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, it is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help to make it easy to buy a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Eltham area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Eltham for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Eltham. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Eltham Suburb Profile
The suburb of Eltham is part of the local government area of Shire of Nillumbik with a population of 18,314 as of 2016. Situated 20 kilometers northeast of the CBD, it is well known for its green wedge areas such as tree-lined streets and leafy reserves that provides the suburb with a country feel.
It was in 1851 when the area was subdivided and sold. A private subdivision called Little Eltham was also developed that time. By 1854, the Eltham Post Office opened.
Home to Artists
The suburb has a strong appeal to artists. In fact, the Montsalvat artist community was inspired to build medieval-style buildings in the 1930s. The place is also home to various artists and writers. A studio and gallery space for local and international artists-in-residence are also available.
Eltham is popular for its Diamond Valley Miniature Railway in Eltham Lower Park. The park provides various recreational options for kids and adults.
One attraction in the area is the historic wooden railway trestle bridge. Built in 1902, the bridge is still being used in the electric railway network of Melbourne.
The Eltham Station is the suburb’s local train station located on the Hurstbridge Line.
Local buses are also available serving the back streets of Eltham.
Educational facilities are not a problem in Eltham. Apart from childcare and early learning centers, several schools are in place. These include the Eltham High School, Catholic Ladies College, Eltham College of Education, Eltham Primary, Our Lady Help Of Christians Primary, Eltham East Primary and Eltham North Primary School.
