Buying a property in Albert Park can be a daunting and difficult process. For many of us, buying property is something we only do a few times in our lives.
A buyers advocate (also known as a buyers agent or property finder) can be an enormous help when buying a home or investment property by:
- removing the stress and frustration of buying a home
- saving you time and allowing you to get your weekends back
- saving you from having to deal with the tactics of real estate agents
Questions such as “where can I find a home I can afford”, “am I paying too much?”, “where can I find someone to bid for me at auction” are easily answered with the assistance of a buyer’s agent specialising in the Albert Park area.
A buyers advocate can manage the entire buying process for you or, where you have found a property, negotiate on your behalf with the agent or bid at auction for you.
WE MAKE IT EASY to get your weekends back and find the perfect home or investment property in Albert Park for a LOW FLAT FIXED FEE. We guide you through the entire process, from selecting a home, market appraisal, negotiating/bidding to the final inspection, and help you purchase with confidence.
We also offer a service for vendors selling in Albert Park. We offer our Vendor Advocacy service to our sellers at NO CHARGE.
Albert Park Suburb Profile
Albert Park is one of Melbourne’s inner suburbs, situated just 4km south of the CBD. A part of the City of Port Phillip, it is home to 6215 residents as of 2016 with a median age of 43 (ABS 2016 Census Quickstats for Albert Park). The suburb is known for it’s wide, leafy streets and historic architecture, with many homes dating back to the 1930s and 1940s.
Towards the East of the suburb is Albert Park Lake, where a range of sporting activities take place both outdoors and inside the world-class Melbourne Sports and Aquatics Centre. The lake itself is noted for its sailing and rowing activities. The Albert Park Yacht Club offers sailing courses for both adults and juniors.
Every March the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix brings a wave of excitement to the shores of the lake as locals and tourists gather to watch the race.
The Western boundary of Albert Park extends from Port Melbourne foreshore at the Northern end to South Melbourne foreshore in the South. Along this stretch of beaches is a blend of historic pubs, fine-dining restaurants and cafes.
Also known for it’s vibrant artistic community, Albert Park is host to the Gasworks Arts Park, a hub of activity where “more than 200 performing arts events and 30 visual arts exhibits” take place each year.
Albert Park can be conveniently reached by tram. Some of the tram routes that service the area include the 1, 12, and 96. Bus services are also available. Check the PTV website for up-to-date timetables.
